Pre-Made Cinnamon Roll Dough or Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls?
Refrigerated cinnamon rolls and pre-made cinnamon roll dough are a great way to save time in the kitchen. They make it easy to whip up this delicious treat for any occasion. Refrigerated cinnamon rolls come already rolled out, so all you have to do is pop them in the oven and bake according to the directions on the package. Pre-made cinnamon roll dough, on the other hand, requires some prep work before baking. After rolling out the dough, you’ll need to spread it with butter and a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg before rolling it up into individual rolls. Either way, you can have delicious cinnamon rolls in no time! We prefer to use Pillsbury’s Grands cinnamon rolls of either the 8ct or 5ct variety.
Whether you’re hosting a party or just want something sweet for dessert, Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler is an easy and crowd-pleasing treat that will be sure to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. Easy Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls, 5 count or 8 count
- 6 cups peach slices, cut in pieces, frozen or canned
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease or spray 9×13 baking dish
- Cut cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and set aside
- Cut peach slices into desired size. Some prefer leaving whole slices, but we really find it easier to eat if they are in half or less
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch and stir to fully mixed. Pour peach mixture into your greased baking dish
- Take your cinnamon roll pieces and place in an even layer, covering the peach mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
- Once your cobbler is baking, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in a small mixing bowl. Blend until perfect consistency.
- Check to see that cinnamon rolls on top are baked through after the full 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Once cooled a little, drizzle icing over top and serve with whipped cream, ice cream or just as is! Enjoy!
