  3. Prepare the Peaches:
    • If using fresh peaches, you may want to peel them.

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cornstarch.
    • Stir until fully mixed.
    • Pour the combined peach mixture into greased baking dish.

    • Place an even layer of the cinnamon roll pieces covering the peach mixture.

    • After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Prepare the Icing:
    • While the cobbler is baking, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Blend with mixer until perfectly smooth.

  • Custom Cinnamon Rolls: Try different types of refrigerated cinnamon rolls. Those with added flavors like caramel or cream cheese can add a new twist.
  • Add Nuts: Enhance the crunch and texture by adding chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts, to the cinnamon roll topping.
  • Individual Servings: Instead of using a large baking dish, try making individual portions using ramekins or small baking dishes. These are a hit for holiday meals or parties!
