- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 can sweet corn, drained (or 1 ½ cups frozen corn kernels)
- 4 cups pulled pork
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 box of cornbread mix batter, prepared to box instructions
