Treat your taste buds to a Southern classic with these Bourbon-Glazed Pork Chops. With a rich, savory glaze made with brown sugar, soy sauce, and of course, a generous pour of bourbon, these pork chops are bursting with flavor and perfect for any occasion.
Combine soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in small mixing bowl.
Place pork chops in marinade mixture in shallow baking or glass dish. Cover and chill in refrigerator minimum of 1 hour, and overnight for best results!
Remove pork chops from the marinade, setting it aside for later.
Let pork chops rest for 15 minutes out of refrigerator before cooking.
Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.
Fry pork chops in skillet, save marinade for later. Cook to a nice sear and min internal temp of 150 degrees. Remove from skillet.
Add the remaining marinade to skillet, bring to a boil, reduce down for 2 minutes. Serve with pork chops.
