  • 4 or 5 sweet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sorghum syrup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and then cut into 1" cubes.
